Learning effects

Foreseen effects of the workshops: participation in the workshops allows requirement of basic abilities, which are indispensible for functioning in an intercultural surrounding as well as work with multicultural groups. The workshops teach basic knowledge for educational work in intercultural classes or schools. Furthermore the participants are introduced to workshops methods for teaching. Students benefit of this knowledge during further studies and later in their job.
